That rider kinda looks like a doll though. Maybe why some people tagged it on the "break" site, as fake.

Looked pretty real to me. That guy had a bad day! Didn't even hear a tire squeal from braking!

Well, thing is, if you attempt to go frame-by-frame, the last time you see the "ahead" rider, before the bike goes out of frame, he has straightened up. Also, he had brake on, and looks like he had successfully reduced speed.
To have him get flung as far and fast as he was, he would have had to be going waaay faster, I'd think. 60mph+.

Didnt look like he was going that fast.

The bike that blew apart seemed to have orange fairings.  The rider you are talking about going out of frame is not the rider who hit the trailer as his bike doesn't look to have orange fairings.

Yep, different bike. 3rd rider wasn't paying attention, apparently.

On the Original video on youtube - yes, this bloke has copied it and uploaded to his own account - the poster of the video says, "this orange bike was a ZX10 and was not know to the guy in front or the bike with the camera on the bike and he did not slow (as is clearly seen) and ended up with a broken arm and leg as his only injuries."

Wow, scary.  I do enjoy the shoe right around 00:19 though.

I think someone said this above, but the flying rider is going way too fast to have come off the bike on the right.  There's no reason for him to have accelerated after coming off the bike, and even if the back of the bike came up to sling the rider, it still looks too fast.

More likely, the guy with the camera is looking for some way to explain why he put his bike on the ground. ;)

The guy with the cam did not put his bike on the ground. The full indicates the Camera ended up dangling down, at the end of the slowme the front tire can be seen to be upright as normal. Tilt your head to make the road level and you'll see the tire is upright.

I'll find the original url and put it up...

Oh, that's ironic.
