Well, good note - I'm back from Iraq, safe and sound. Time to get back into the swing of things. But now I have a problem with the poor little unridden gs. To sum it up, it won't idle without the choke. It was running fine, then I had my brother install the bob broussard advancer, which is when the problem started. He put in the stocker, and it didn't fix it. I'm assuming something to do with the carbs, i.e. buildup from sitting. But I'm only a novice at this. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
Well run some god crab cleaner... and put fresh gas, and ride out 1-2 tank fuls.
And welcome back... and tell us anything interesting... like when you found Saddam in the hole what did he try to do... yea... the news dudes said he didn't fight... but what else...
Cool.
Srinath.
Glad to hear your back and ok. There is a chance I could go there when I'm done with training.
Welcome Back and Thank you for giving us peace here!! :thumb:
Please take an enough rest!
Welcome back, did you keep the Balaclava?
Thanks for the welcomes
Alerbaugh -
What training are you going in for? Unfortunately, yes, you can probably guess you will be going to SWA when you get to your first unit. It's not THAT bad right now, but, unfortunately, people are still dying because they fight like cowards. But, of course, if people had invaded our homeland, we'd be doing the same thing.
Welcome Home!
I recently managed to get all of my troops back from Iraq in time for the holidays also.
Enjoy the really, real world.
Lane
Welcome back!
Pull the carbs and clean them. Hopefully everything will work after that.
And,
Thank you.
Welcome Back!!!
I'm glad you're home safe. Thank you for putting your life on the line for the rest of us.
Welcome back.
Likely due to sitting. Clean the carbs-probably best to take them apart to clean but try Srinath's suggestion first in case that works.
