Anyone have any expiriance creating apps for the iphone/BB/android operating systems?
I think having the forum and or wiki mobile friendly would be a great benefit to many members.
They already have a mobile forum app, it's called "Tapatalk"
I use Dolphin on my Android devices with no problems on any site. I'm using it now as I type this
I typically just use the regular browser on the iPhone. It works ok. Definitely not worth paying for something else.

Way to handle this would be to put a mobile "skin" on this forum, for members that don't want to buy Tapatalk.
I did this recently for my forum (hondaspree.net) during an update. It's phpBB based, but have to believe that SMF has a similar extension available.
Then you just have to talk the admin into installing it.
I used to have one of the urls in this post (http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=42818) bookmarked in my windows phone. Worked well for me.
I think the money is worth it for tapatalk. I can upload pics straight from my phone and keep up with all my other forums its worth it.

Sounds like you know what your doing! I certainly dont that's why i posted in this forum to find someone who can make it happen!
I don't remember what I paid for tapatalk but I'm sure it was less then lunch at Taco Bell !!.
