Title: Part Number for Mikuni Jets?
Post by: CasiUSA on December 24, 2003, 06:55:26 PM
Hey guys, just wondering if anyont knows the part #'s for the 40 Pilots and 125 Mains needed for re-jetting the bike. I need to know which ones to order from Bikebandit.

Also, I bent my bars, would anyone know if these would fit?

Thanks.

I went to the "How To" article here on the forum and got a pic of the standard jets.  They match up with the N100-604 main and the N151.067 pilot jets from Mikuni on BikeBandit.  I was going to order those for my 97.  Look like the right ones to me.  Not positive though.

I second that gsJack. The pictures on the Bikebandit.com website are dead-on, but there is no way to really cross-reference those numbers.

Is there any reason why you don't just go to your local Suzuki dealer and order them?

If you do you will need this info:
#40 Pilot jet (Suzuki part# 09492-40014) - 1 Mikuni #40 non-bleeder (you will need to order two of them)
#125 Main jet (Suzuki part# ???????????) - not sure, but this one is easier to get without problems from the Suzuki dealer
