Title: Ebay Frame Sliders??
Post by: Akillez on September 26, 2012, 06:06:51 PM
Looking for some frame sliders but don't want to spend a lot of money cause I'm a broke college kid

I've seen some universal ones on ebay that just have huge lengthy bolts and look like they'd work fine. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice about these or have used them.

I'm fine with drilling holes in the fairing if it means it could save them in a lay over.

Anything will help guys, thanks ahead of time.

PS I have a 04 gs500f

I bought some no cut frame sliders from ebay, T-Rex frame sliders mechanic recommended them to me good quality no cut and cheap (postage was a big bulk of the price)

100 for frame sliders is pricey for me, I was looking at the 20-30$ universal fit ones, I just need to know the bolt thread size.
I this its a 6mm or 9mm im not sure though, anyone know this?

What universal ones? At that price, I wouldn't have much faith in them in the unfortunate even of an accident
