So they boast increased power, throttle response and increased fuel economy.
I picked up a pair for $14 shipped so I'm not overly concerned about "is it worth it?"
What I would like to know is what real world results you guys have noticed/seen (if any) with iridium plugs.
I put some in my pita f2 awhile back. Didn't notice anything spectacular. Make sure you don't gap them though. The box prob says it on the side but just in case.
When switched from stock NGK to iridium - only a slight difference. Nothing to brag about.
When then went to the Brisk plugs - WOW!
$34 a pair but worth it.
There's a thread on the Brisk plugs: http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=61399.0
You are unlikely to notice a difference unless there was a problems with your old plugs. Iridium or Platinum plugs will just give a longer service life with consistant spark. In a lab you would be able to measure the increased power but it is tiny and not really noticeable on the road. In a situation where it is very difficult to get to the plugs to change them it is a good idea to use them. If access is easy a good quality "standard" plug will usually do the job on most bikes at a much lower price.
