Title: Remove rear seat fender
Post by: Higgins13 on September 29, 2012, 08:21:45 PM
I know the guide is probably somewhere on this site but I have been unable to locate it as I am using my iPhone and don't have regular comp access for a bit.

If someone could provide me with this info it would be appreciated

Do you mean the black plastic under fender?

Well, that's one of them there "Doh!" if you take a look at it.

Get down on your back. Look up. 5 bolts. One each side in the middle. One in the middle sort of in the forward part. 2 in the back that also happen to hold the bracket for the tool kit rubber strap. Undo those and off it falls. Can do it without removing the tire but will have to remove the rear turn signals (they do unplug under the seat) - before or after fender removal.
