Those are clipon handlebars.
They clamp on the fork tubes (usually under the top triple clamp).
You will be leaned forward like a race bike with those on.
Might be too agressive for long distant rides (or not)

I found that they were a bit low for me on my RZ350 and my shoulders/arms would get SO sore after a little while.  The one time I went for a long 2-hr ride on the RZ I wanted to crash it just to get off and give my arms a rest!  Then I got rained on just before reaching home.

However, everyone's experience will differ depending on the bike and the length of the rider's arms, etc.  For a lot of people they work fine.

I prefer a more level handlebar and a slightly more upright position.
