Title: WTB speedo/tach assembly for a 96
Post by: Redryder96 on October 22, 2012, 08:47:40 PM
I am looking for a speedo/tach for my 96. I have everything I need since I wrecked it and this is the last piece to the puzzle. I'm trying to find one tht comes with the whole setup so I don't have to mess with putting it together piece by piece. Anyone got one or know a good place to buy one for a reasonable price???

I got a 04+, but that doesn't help you. Bump anyway.

If you didn't know, but anything before 04 will work. That's when they made the switch from a mechanical tach to an electronic one.

Sorting parts. Might have one for you.

Though I don't sell crap.

It would have new dampers (the rubber around the gauges) and all LEDs for lights.

I just can't bring myself to sell crappy parts  - I check everything and know exactly what I am selling.

May be that I end up not as cheap as the occasional ebay crap, because I check everything and rebuild where necessary.

Unknown condition parts either get rebuilt or thrown away.

I;ll see what I can do. Someone PM'd me for a set so you're 2nd in line. I'll know what I have next weekend as I have more parts coming in.

What is your price range?
I can go from road rash really cheap to primo condition and everywhere in between.
If you just need something that works, the road rashes set on Quinn will be replaced so that is cheapest. Others are better. Some brackets need straightening, some don't. One plastic back is cracked but could be repaired, and some are good.
Let me know.

THEY AIN'T PRETTY but they work.
How soon do you need them? I can take them off this weekend and mail them Monday. I was going to put better ones on as part of fixing up Quin to sell in the spring.

$25 shipped? The blue indicator cap alone is worth at least $25!
