They make them new and cost $50 new from parts depot... even cheaper if a bunch of y'all get together and want ~15-20. I FIGURE ~$35 A SET WIHTOUT THE BOLTS ... Posted about it before too but no one responded. And no I cant make 1.
Cool.

Srinath,

The $15-20 case savers sounds like a good idea.  Would they be powder coated, and where in hell do you get bolts that long?  Would I have to settle for all-thread and nuts at both ends?

Title: Fine $35 or so...

Well Free is good... but I cant make them free... I have a set and I can get my welder to use them as the template and make up a bunch. I have asked him before... I figure I can make them for ~$35 a piece if I have 15-20 orders prepaid... The reason is the tubing has to be bought 24 feet at a time. I cant make 1 and waste the rest. They OK and If I get 15-20 prepaid orders, I'll buy the bolts, and powder coat the things for $5 more. So $40+shipping for powder coated ones with bolts. Here is the kicker... I can make them out of thicker material making them stronger than suzuki original ones by a mile. And since these are doing a load by pass on the frame the thicker ones wont hurt at all. However they will add to the weight, and hence may not be the ideal choice for racing.
Cool.

OK If there is 10-15 people wanting these I can make them. If not... well just make your own. I believe I can manage $35 each at those numbers.
Cool.

Or I can make them in stainless steel ~1/8 wall for ~40 I think. Not including the bolts.
Cool.
