Title: Issues with a re-jet
Post by: spcassell2125 on December 05, 2012, 07:50:12 AM
Hello all I am new to this forum although I am not gunna lie I have stolen a lot of ideas from this forum about things to do to my bike and finally I just decided to join.

Anyways to the issue:

So I now have a two brothers slip on exhaust (yes I know rare!!) and also put on a k and n lunchbox on it they are having a lot of issue with the re jet at the local dealership anyone have the re-jet specs that I could tell them to possibly run. I sent them the link on wiki with re jet and all that stuff apparently didnt work soooo wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions other than to kill the dealership because that has been thought about and yes when I get it back pics to come!!!!!!  :thumb: Thanks

What year ? And what filter ?
If its 89-00 and stock filter 125/40/3 turns and 1 #4 washer under needle.
With K&N lunch box its 150 mains all the rest the same.

01-12 with stock filter - 132.5/20/3 turns 1 O ring under needle. The little one with 1/16th wall O ring.
K&N 147.5 mains, and may need 65 mids ... all the rest is the same.

I'll sell you a kit for the thing ... 25 shipped in US ... and add $8 for mids ...

Cool.
Buddha.

The Buddha knows what he is talking about.  I have a stock exhaust with a Lunchbox. My jet settings for my 2009 are in my signature.  Yours will likely be higher than mine (especially the main) since you have a free flowing exhaust.
