Saw the clip on you were bidding on... Some small points on these...
1. They have a really high rise. They are canadian/euro style, the rise is pretty high.
2. The bars themselves are not included and you'll have to buy those and make the milled hole to fit them. Standard 7/8th bars wont fit, and they are not just pinch fit. They have the 2 bolts go partly through the bar.
3. The rise puts you more in the wind, albeit a more comfy angle for holding the bars than the standard US 90-02 bar though
4. The top plate is the same as 89, so you can use that if you have the rest of the pieces off an 89 though... which would be the reason I bought them off KevinC a couple years ago. Mine had boogered the threads on the top plate in a crash, and I had fixed it and didn't have any faith in it, but it seems to be holding.
Just wanted to let you know what you buying. Its not the 89's... not even close.
