OK - I happen to know he is going to be back soon.
But EXACTLY when will his first posting be?
Post your guess. Winner is the one closest to the day and time. If a tie, first poster wins.
Prize: One free oil change and valve adjustment for a GS500 in the West Seattle Bike Cave. You must bring your bike in. If unable to do so, I will send you free of charge 4 shims of sizes probably of no use to anyone other than to be used as spacers in your forks or to level a table.
Enter Today! You are already a winner!

Soooo...at the dawning of the age of Aquarius?
I'm not due for the oil change or the valve adjustment, but I figure by the time I ride from Central Florida to Washington state to claim my prize I should be just about ready for both. Just think of the money I'll save by not having to have the work done by the dealer.
Sunday 1/6/12 9:48pm GStwin.com time (US-Pacific I think).

We have to abide by the Heisenburg theory/effect/ Yama can be anywhere and at any time UNTIL the observer measures him - then he is at a fixed location in time and space.
Cods: When do you want to stop in for that oil change or would you rather have 4 shims of possibly unusable values?
Damn second place
cods could mail the bike lol :icon_lol:
Yeah he would get the postie discount lol customs might have a problem with the rust though lmao
I lost :(
I guess I will have the useless shims lol Got any smoke lenses for GS indicators while you are at it. 2003 model indicators from memory.
Post away my friend

the printing press. guesstimating. by youtube videos of others moving similar items, around a thousand lbs
Slips, noone cares about second place. Only winners matter, then give minutes later we don't care about them either.
You weren't even close
Um, I suggested an entire range. So Duh!
But whether I came last or second the result is the same - not a win.
We now need the next thing to look for a winner about. This win is so five minutes ago...
well mister you COULD be happy it was a fellow countryman that won Eh? course the logistics of said oil change wont work lol, but hey, shims can come in handy though :thumb:

Cods won some shims so he can level his outdoor table. Woohoo :woohoo:
Meanwhile, we are sitting waiting patiently for Addy to come over so we can take him for a fang in the hinterland. He can do the oil change then :thumb:

Black Mountain in the ACT? Well, it is over 1000km (600 miles) away from The Gold Coast. So not really a day ride ;)
would be worth it if yall can work out time off from work, Eh? my longest ride was about 600 miles in a days time. NOT recommended. ( left work @ 11pm rode to north GA, on my sportster, to do some volunteer work with diabetes group, did that til 6pm, then rode up into NC then back into tn via the dragon 596 miles in one day on a harley. thank GOD i had that day off, cause i spent most of it sleeping lol
Gee u yanks do alot of volunteer work
we try. heck many places try. as far as the diabetes thing goes, i worked with this. since 1995, took one year off cause i was in AZ @ mmi. i slept in the hospital parking lot lol. ( @ ride started there) but since the complications really dont allow me to ride anymore, i do what i can behind the scenes. besides the food is pretty good. ( cant beat the free starbucks, red bulls etc) its fun
I saw it on an "Ancient Aliens" program tonight about cursed places on the earth. Looked cool. Huge pile of rocks and no one knows how they got there but lots of people die or end up missing when they go there.
Got to go get them shims for Coda.

Ah, That Black Mountain....
Well, that one is 2,000+km away (1,200+ miles).
If you see three rocks sitting on each other, they didn't get there by themselves. Black Mountain takes that to a whole other level.
Min Min lights. Yeah, we got those too.
So Yama, you are going to ride a goped to NC and back to Clinton tn?
Is that far for a goped?

(Actually, I'll make sure the tray is full and send you a few leftovers so you might get ones you can use!)
