I installed my full Jardine exhaust, and pulled the carbs to rejett and I was going to try 20/65/145 setting first. I installed the 20/65 but the 145 jets that I ordered look nothing like the 130's in the carb. The 130's are maybe 1/2 long and the needle goes down in it but the 145's &147.5's are short and won't work?? :dunno_black: The part numbers on the jets are main jet N102.221/145 ....N102.221/147.5. Are these the correct jets or do I need to reorder. Thought I would ask before I screw it up >:( Lastly, should I try the 20/65/145 first. Thanks. :thumb:
the 65 and 145 should be the same exact size
the stock jets are different sizes, I would think the new jets should be different sizes to??
Do I need a 145/147.5 jet that looks like the jet circled in purple? I don't have a replacement jet that looks like the 130. Here is a post that shows what my 130 jet looks like from GStwin.com Type this in the search...... "Rejetting" and go to..... rejetting help 2005 GS500F. Here's some pics! by dache april 29, 20012.

Some of the jets sit in a holder. They unscrew from the holder-type tube.
That looks like the main jet setup for my TTR 125 carb. The round jet will screw out of the hex part. You have the whole assembly for whatever carb that is for, but its not for the GS. The actual jet will probably still work though.
Edit: I guess it probably is for the GS. Mine is a 97 and I remember it being different. But yours is obviously a newer one, and different than mine. My bad.
OK....!!!!! I'M STUPID  when I screwed the needle jet out, It came out as 1 unit and I thought that was the jet!@#$% NoW I SEE the light....!!!! I removed the jet from the needle part. :cookoo: Thanks For All Your HELP. Sorry for the dumb Question. :thumb:
Don't sweat it. I'll bet money this thread helps someone else in the future. :thumb:
