Well, after 2 years I finally outgrew my baby. I will miss her dearly as she carried me through many hard times and blazed through many fun times.
I will probably still hang around every once in a while.
Now without further adieu...
My new baby!

Lucky guy, that's an older one right?
2001 CBR 600 F4i...
It is my dream bike. I wanted one of these for years before I even got my GS500.
100ish HP is a hell of a change from a GS500...
Amazingly, if anyone is interested the ergos are almost identical to a 04 GS500 with 89 Clipons, just a hair more aggressive and the feet are further back.
Nice man, just remember, just cause you have a cbr now doesn't mean some of can't still help you haha
Nice bike. I had a ride of a ZX6R (636) the other day and was surprised how comfortable it was. I am tall though so I didnt find it to bad. Take it easy for the first few months. Things will happen a lot quicker on your CBR like tip in, power and braking. Take care :thumb:
Congrats. New ride looks sweet!
Ride safe
Don't be a stranger. Honda people can still play the picture game.
Nice bike. First thing I would do is add some HID projectors in it though. I like being seen and being able to see. :thumb:

HA! Brilliant. ^^^^
The HP is an obvious. But watch the front brakes. Quite common in an Estop to grab too much on a new-to-you bike. And with the far superior brakes on your new baby it could end up tricky.
Enjoy your new experience.
Michael
Oh yeah, she has some braking upgrades too, Galfer front waves and HH pads... But I have been playing around on my friends newer 600s, her breaking is a little weak in comparison to a R6. The real crazyness is if you twist the throttle... absolutely terrifying... There is no way anyone should ever start on a 600 i4 anyone who does is past mental.
Hahaha. Somewhere along the road I am planning on getting a cbr1000rr. My dream bike :icon_razz: If gas prices keep going the way they are that might have to change to a 600. Hows the gas mileage on it? I know its older but might as well start asking now.
This is roughly similar to a 600RR engine, not much power difference or economy diff and the fuel injection is almost identical. I haven't really checked but high 30s low 40s.
Good enough for me :D
