Title: 2004 GS500F Part Out
Post by: glenm on February 07, 2013, 09:50:30 PM
Hey Guys I picked up another one!

I have all the parts listed on my website I havent got them up on eBay yet.

This is a 2004 GS500F it has 11k miles on it. Clean title so I have the frame if anyone needs one. The forks were the major item that couldn't be salvaged.

Are the handlebars toast?  I didn't see them listed on your site.  Thanks.

edit - will 2004 bars work with a 1999 500E?  They should, right?

If you look close at the pic you can see that the right bar swings way in the air, unfortunately they are definitely toast.

The bars on the last bike looked like MX bars and I still had someone who wanted them.

We have 2 sets of gauges available both are in great condition.

1 has 1,015 miles for $174.95
2 has 11,491 miles $149.95

As the forks and handlebars are toast, l sort of assume the front MC is worthless? Please pm if usable. Thank you.

Hey Glenm,

I already found your site, just by googlin' around for a replacement seat...
I see Mustang already informed about the seat (and tank), but since it's still on your site, I guess he hasn't bought it?

If he hasn't (don't want to cut in line ;) ), I'm interested too.
Do you make special offers to new GStwins members?  :D

The seat should end up in Belgium, so there's probably a decent shipping cost as well.

Thanks for the inquiry. We do still have both seats available couldn't quite strike a deal with mustang.

All gstwins members get and extra 5% off by using the "gstwins" coupon at checkout. We can ship to Belgium if you PM me your full mailing address I will make sure to find the lowest quote to get it to you. We don't mark up the shipping cost just want to cover our expenses.

Thanks,
Glen

I'm looking to convert my 500E to a 500F and I would like to discuss the condition and availability of various parts.  Perhaps we can discuss via PM?

Based on your website listings, I'm interested in:
- the 04 Suzuki GS500F GS500 GS 500 Front Cowling Nose OEM; and,
- the 04 Suzuki GS500F GS500 GS 500 OEM Upper Fairing Support Brace

Would you have any other fairing pieces?

Seat arrived today, Glen.
Looks great!  Big difference to my previous seat (cut out by first owner to sit somewhat lower  :nono:).

I did have to pay another 30€ (18€ V.A.T. / 12€ handling cost) for customs, but I saw that one coming.
Thanks to your tracking number, I had my eye on the package the whole time:
Spent over 3 days in customs.   Never a good sign   :dunno_white:

Pleasure doing business with you: I left you a positive feedback on your trade count.
Don't know if that's actually used a lot round here...

Thanks again ;)

Thanks for the update. Glad it finally made it to you. Once I figured out how to do it, I left positive feedback for you also.

Thanks again for your business
