About to swap out my forks and triple clamp because they are bent any hints?

have good wrenches/sockets , a manual for torque settings, a torque wrench .. take your time... dont fall into this category... "There is never enough time to do it right!... but always enough time to do it again!"..

if you have someone nearby that can assist ... use that assistance! .. when you need to...

I can't find any info on how to install them online can anyone point me into the right direction. I just want a 2005 gs500f forks and triple for dummy's type thing

You're doing a swap on a 2005?
With or without fairing?
Or are you putting 2005 forks on a different year bike?

If you're going to swap everything out as a unit then I would take off the front brake caliper and then take loose the handle bars, top plate and the nut for the stem and out it will come. Obviously you need to have the front of the bike supported
