My CT never gets more than 75 mpg. Part of the reason I am selling it. Do yours actually get 140?
Here is mine:

Ok, place is called Postmodern Motorcycles and their website is at http://www.pmmc.com.au/ and their prices Start from $6,500. Their gallery is slightly smaller than last time, but this is for the inner city yuppie me thinks.

Farrk,
I can buy a brand new one for under $4000
Why would you pay $6500 for a secondhand one.
I can make my own look and run like theirs for less than $3000

indeed janx. although my 883c/1200conversion was heavier than my gs, its power was all there down low. the xr1200 the only thing i didnt like was the pipes werent siamesed like the ironhead sportie. ugly yes, but functional. when i did my warrantied conversion on my 883, also rigged up a small supercharger. which in itself would void a warranty, BUT is easily removed. :icon_twisted:although i still loved my gs more.

Yes... you can buy a brand new GS500 for less.
Yes, you can buy a brand new CT110 and mod it to look like this yourself, for less.
BUT, You who think this are Not the market. The market is for people who have no fukking idea and who think riding this makes them look cooler than you. Can't put a price on cooler-than-you.
sure you can. insert the list price for said bike . theres your price lol

had to test ride a killer 650 err klr 650. as well as hondas version @ shop. if under 6'5" or less than a 34" inseam those arent the bikes for you. had to mount and dismount the bikes like my motorised bicycles. or plain bicyclkes. put foot on pedal, push off and swing leg over seat. since i did the swap on the honda, wouldnt allow anyone else to ride it first. cause the person that bought it, if something broke, theyd sue the last person that touched it. . course i wanst in traffic so this was doable. but im envious of the tall ppl that can ride bikes like this :technical:
Pppssshh! I'm 5'11-6' depending on the day of the week and I have a 28" inseam (short legs!). My first roadworthy bike was a 1988 KLR650. I loved the thing and could even get two feet on the ground...granted, it was toes only, but still! And yes, I banged my knee on the luggage rack many, many times...which hurt like the dickens.
Also, funny you should call it the KILLER650! That was what it was meant to be marketed as but they changed it at the last second, deeming it too risque.
weird. the honda could only get one leg to hit ground this was @ a significant angle. i dont care for bikes if i cant get at least half my foot err feet on ground. even though i may want them lol. i COULD lower one if need be though, and not affect its off roadworthyness too much1 to 1.5" would work

Complete agreement on that rear fender, its hideous, but then again almost all stock fenders on sports bikes are. Fenderectomy is standard procedure by now. I'd probably slap a sleeker exhaust on it too. Stock is a bit bulky

I'm a sucker for the Italian designs, the 1199 Panigale is definitely one of the most stunning bikes. Ever!
The kid inside me is still a sucker a blue/white with white wheels 06 gsxr. I've been desensitized to photos, but when i come across one in real life, makes me stop and dream
I've been on mopeds too long now, so i'm bias, but I really enjoy the looks of the Italian Garelli SSXL. Shameless plug for my 1980 ssxl LTD
