Title: Gs500f headlight retainer clip and screws
Post by: el medico on February 22, 2013, 11:54:25 AM
Hello fellow Gstwins members!

I'm new to the forum but had my GS for a year now and was wondering if anyone could help me locate a place that sells the retainer clip and screw brackets for the main headlight of a gs500f K7.

Thanks for any advice!

Welcome!!

And Adidasguy should be along shortly to tell you and re inform all of us that he has every gs part know to man kind in his bike cave  :thumb:. You could also go to your local Suzuki store/dealer and ask for the part you need.

I don't have any "F" headlights - sold them.
It would help....
1. To know where you are located (your profile is a good place for that) so someone close to you might have it
2. A picture or something showing what you need. rare to ever hear of needing specific parts for an "F" headlight and they are not sold as parts, but a complete unit.

I'm located in San Diego,CA  so if any members have any knowledge of the part that would be great.
I know it is meant to hold back the bulb from coming loose or dislodging, and the screws/plates on the side hold the clip in place.
