Title: EBC Main Jets, any good?

hi!
I've just bouth a pair of these, EBC Precision Brass Main Jets, Part# SJ125, "Manufactured by A-BAX Precision Engineering Ltd."
Does anyone know anything about these? Are they good quality or guaranteed headache?

There's lots of conjecture of the differences between the different brands of jets. I think the only thing that's known as a fact is that one jet size of one brand may flow a slightly different amount than the same jet size as a different brand. Then there's talk about jet to needle taper interface, and all kinds of other stuff.

I say if it fits and works and you're happy with the performance, why not? They're just screws with holes in them. Personally, I'd use Mikuni jets in Mikuni carbs just because, however I can't imagine that a jet would cause legitimate problems unless it's made of pot metal or the hole is made by a 3 year old with a hand drill.

I will just stick them into the carbs and see if they will run ok. I will be placing 125's instead of the 115's stocks....
