OK lads,
I am getting skunkteeth to send some rearsets to Adidasguy, who will then combine them with a chainguard (and maybe shiny heelguards too) .. and ship them to me...
Addy suggested anyone else down under wants some stuff from him.. it could all be combined more and shipped in one..
I run a furniture removalist company in Wollongong NSW , so on-shipping to anyone over here is easy .. or possibly i can put box of someones bits in a truck and you meet the truck somewhere... Brisbane, Melb, Syd etc....
just putting it out there in case anyone needs stuff...
if you want stuff but are not quite ready (but soon).. i am happy to ask Addy to hold off his shipping to me until it can all combine..
SO make a decision and let me know eh! :thumb:
high frequency bump for noticeability!!
We're working on a combined order for stainless chain guards. also I'm ordering 10 sets of the heel guards from the UK. That will get a discount and save on post to the US. I'm going to sell them for just what they cost me just because I think people should have nice bling on their bikes. So the heel guards would be £33 a pair which is about $50 US
Chain guards $30 US. Order a bunch and I'll give a price break on the chain guards.
The order will be packed then postage calculated on the total.
I've ordered the 10 sets of heel guards which should be to me in about 10 days.

yeah .. what addy said!!! ..
sorry Addy.. didnt mean to imply that you were gonna ship a whole truckload for low $ .. :icon_rolleyes:
I want a chainguard please!
EDIT: adidasguy, do you have left hand bar controls to fit a 2005? My screws are stripped. If you do, perhaps they can make their way over in this load too.
EDIT2: I might want heel guards as well, I will check the condition of my current ones when I get home and decide then.
Add me in on a chainguard. I'll pass on the heel guards though.

No need to check the condition, you NEED polished stainless steel heel guards! Your bike WANTS BLINK!
Make a list. I can probably include more stuff. I have a few sets of 2004+ controls coming in.
Still waiting to hear from you about my stuff?

I know. You want a box-o-crap. You'll get one. probably ship with the rest.
As I sort stuff I find more grommets and small stuff.

adidasguy is in the states. You would be better off trying to source large engine parts here in Oz otherwise postage will kill you.
This guy is selling a complete engine in Sydney.

Did you get your shims?
Ages ago, I have already told you I got them? Oh thats right oldtimers disease :flipoff:
figured you did. adidas doesnt mess around shipping stuff. still want that heel guard. and i figured out how i can use it. in place of my lower chain guard on the goped gtr. its just about same size.
I guess everyone get organized and let me know who wants what so I can ship stuff out.
As per PM Addy, All I need is the postage quote from you.
i guess Addy has the list/s of who wants what .. is everyone doing own address?... or combined package to me and i re-distribute?... just askin ...
no big drama either way eh! :thumb:
If it's not too late - Adidasguy I'm still after a centre stand, what would that set me back? they're not too expensive in Australia though so I'm not sure if it's worth shipping it over here...

Center stand is heavy. Postage is probably more than it is worth.

I paid $60 including shipping to Australia from Pinwall Cycle Parts (I believe they're in Ohio) for my centre stand.
Sorry, forgot to mention that $10 was the stand, $50 was the postage. It was cheaper than the $80 a wrecker in Sydney wanted to charge me (and in better condition).
Gumtree has them
ebay has them
I'm interested Janx101 in the SS Chain Guard & have messaged you.
replied to Fetor56 and Addy ..
anyone else want to combine?... East coast Aus is easiest for me... depending on truck movements and how impatient 'we' get to have it in our hot little hands .. otherwise i can Austpost it without any dramas.. cost of post and maybe packaging depending on what i have available..
I am delaying my order to include a set of the shiny heelguards Addy is getting from the UK .. so thats probably around 10days minimum.. which makes it... ummm.. 1st week of April ? ... before anything gets sent to me..
Speak up soon if you have a thought!!
Not sure if it's too late.
Im on the Central Coast NSW and am looking to get a chain guard, any chance the group buy hasn't shipped yet?
got the box late last week bro... sorry.. no harm in asking Addy to just post direct to you...
i'm planning on a Euro to Aussie shipment next ... hazard light switch/modules from W79's mate
http://www.gelec.be/Motor%20cycle%20electronics.htm
... thinking of shipping roughly 10 units
No worries, thought i might have missed it, but better to ask!
already transferred the price + shipping so hopefully should see it sometime soon.
Edit - Those look like a handy thing to have, count me in for one
noted... in my head... but just to be sure.. PM me about it soon.. that way it will be easy find! :thumb:
