Agree on both and looks like everyone else is smart enough to stay away from it also.
I don't like the look of my stock swingarm.
Think I'll upgrade to a fiberglass version. :cookoo:
How strange...what is this guy on?
for a while, a resin kick evidently

I could see the attraction to a plastic tank. Fiberglass? Hmmm...no thanks. Especially not homebrew.
So he didn't want to spend $100-$200 for a tank and instead spend $150 on fiberglass stuff, moulds, tools and endless hours trying to make a failed attempt at a fiberglass tank that wouldn't last anyway?
Some people spend hundreds to save a dollar.
People order mail order, wait 3 weeks, pay postage just because the dealer (in stock by the way) charges 50 cents more.
Some people go through the ordeal of having their battery on a tender and jump starting because they saved $20 by buying a cheap Wallymart battery.
