Thanks to the....epic cat thread, I found this series. Epic Meal Time. I guess in some way I have cats to thanks for this, cough, cough. For if I had not did a simple search for bacon I would have never had the pleasure of finding my true calling. These guys make food that makes me so hungry. They'll make your cats hungry too. also a recipe, take a half rack, like they made hte bacon dogs on, line wiht bacon, place chicken nuggets on top. then cheese, then more bacon. ( repeat. ) epic yummy. but will kill ones cholesterol numbers

i DID eat a huge bacon sandwich. a BLT minus lettuce and tomato + extra bacon. yummy @ first.
mmmm bacon... normally i just fry it in a skillet on the stovetop.... but since seeing the lads oven tray it with some boozy marinades.... its been on my mind since yesterday!!!! :icon_rolleyes:
could be time this arvo... get a kilo of bacon... might soak it in captain morgans spiced OP rum.. then crisp it up in oven... never really had really really crispy crunchy bacon...
