I had looked at glow in the dark paint pigments once but just did the find anything I liked for long term usage. Certain pigments didn't last long to UV exposure and some just didnt glow long. IDK if things have gotten any better. I also looked at thermo paint that changed colors based on temps

cool.. it uses electricity to run the electro-luminescent paint.. wonder how fast it chews up your battery though..

usually current draw3 is minimal. sure it would suck a battery dry if not running. but id say it would work
