Never been to Arizona, but I have been to Quaker Steak and Lube (bar and steakhouse) there is only 1 in Michigan last I knew, but i guess they are a little more common in the Carolinas and Tennessee. But i ate their Triple Atomic wings, and wanted to die. They make you wear gloves and safety glasses, it was going so good for the first 4 wings....then I inhaled. Finished all 8 but I was out of commission the next day.
I ate about 5oz of ghost chili peppers and did not experience "anus burn". I did, however, experience some rather intense stomach burn for about 6hrs.
I put Sriracha on just about everything.

i like spicy food... i like chili heat ... but i dont get the whole 'i ate stuff so hot it caused me severe mouth/stomach/arse discomfort' thing!! ..
had a mate years ago was convinced he was the chili pepper king .. so i made a bet .. whoever ate the most habeneros in 30 seconds (yeah i know.. "habenero aint nothin!!.. i eat them for fun and wipe my d!#k with the juice" .. good onya's!!) would win $20 .. (which was all we could afford on the day) ... the rules were 1 person at a time .. other times the 30 seconds and pulls the bowl of chilis away bang on time.. to avoid a last second grab and stuff ..
he was so confident .. we flipped a coin for who goes first .. him thank god!! .. timer on... eat eat scoff scoff... tears snot.. eat chew cough snot tears... chew chew gasp serious snot and head sweats ... times up... 11 habaneros about the size of a little finger all gone... gave him some milk..... some more milk.... shooed him outside to spew.... handed him some tissues to wipe his eyes....
after about 5 mins he was under control again... we sat down.... i gave him $20 and said you win!!... no way am i doing that silly s#!t !!

i ate those too. i finished em. also emptied a lube tube. anyhoo there IS a reason there is a notice on bathroom wall. " atomic wing eaters wash your hands before using restroom" i was drunk and didnt read it. damn it burned lol . same with my home made wings. either freeze+p or mace or capsium extract. and a bit of bbq sauce to give it a fleeting chance at something resembling flavor.

Puma, QS&L is here in Ohio everywhere. Hell, I tried the wings 2 down from the hottest. 3 glasses of milk later my mouth was still burning. Karma Korn for eating those wings. One whiff, and I said not on your life!

want to get my hands on some ghost chilis. nowhere to be found around here. except in dried form or seeds on ebay.
