Post by: NjDan on March 19, 2013, 07:19:39 AM
So I ordered something from revzilla for the first time last week and it ended up not fitting right so I had to return it. Called up spoke to a great guy and he took very good care of me even hooked me up with a a prepaid return label will definitely do business with them again no doubt

All my dealings with them have been very good as well.  Motorcycle superstore not so much so I'm a revzilla guy now.

Yep, Excellent service... they really focus on getting you the right product.  Another member suggested I call them to help my purchase buying boots.  I'm working right now with one of their guys and fitting boots.  They normally offer free returns no restocking fees with free replacement shipping on first reorder... They are allowing an extra free replacement shipping for me to try on different boots to get the right fit (if it takes more than one replacement order).  We talked for a good bit on what I wanted out of them, and the style I was looking for... and then talked about fitment (because I need wide sizing in every shoe I have ever bought)... and he recommended some based on our conversation.  I looked them up on their site in tandem with him on the phone, and we have two lined up for now... and he was confident the first will fit, but if needed we can go up or down a size, or onto the second choice...

I'm just really pleased how much effort was given, and how easy they have made the purchase process thus far.

Their videos are really good at pointing out features not listed in product details or specs, and they tell you small fitment or usage nuances of the particular product.
