I just bought a brand new 2002 Suzuki gs500, it has 2 miles on it. The listed (msrp) was $4,399. I paid $3,850 (not including tax/license/ prep charges). Out the door price was $4,300, and not apenny more. I was wondering if that is a good price or did i get ripped off. Any honest opinion is appreciated!
well for an 02 and 2 miles on it i think you got one hell of a deal. i got my 96or 1500 with 7000 miles on it.
You bought it new. You will love it. You have nothing to fix before you can ride it. Have fun already! And welcome!
I swear we just had a post like this. :?
In any case, its brand new essentially with a warranty and you got it OTD for less than the original MSRP. I think you made out well. You also won't have to worry about how the bike was previously treated :thumb:
~edit - Found it!

Not bad, not bad. Although I will add, I bought my 2002 in January of 2002 right as they came out. I actually bought it before the dealer had it. But anyway, I bought it for about that much. A bit less, but My buddy worked there, so considering.... good deal.
