I wanted to tell you all about this this morning, but the site was messed up.
BOTH AGM and standard are available:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=amb_link_373702902_4?ie=UTF8&docId=1001118571&plgroup=1&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=top-2&pf_rd_r=29C38561301046B3927C&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_p=1523012142&pf_rd_i=ac%20delco%20motorcycle%20battery
Here is AC Delcos fitment chart.. motorcycles fall under recreational vehicles.

All dimensions, terminal setup, etc on the motorcycle batteries in one list here:

I have looked across their options and it looks like these two may fit fine:
Standard:
10L-A2 (AB10LA2)
This is the closest AGM I see.
AGM:
14L-BS (ATX14L BS)
I am about to pull the trigger on the AGM its only $24.19 after 50% off!
Hopefully this helps a few out now that spring is coming.
14L-BS (ATX14L BS)
Specs
12 Volts 12aH 5-7/8L 3-7/16W 5-3/4H 5 D
Will it fit?
I may hit up this deal too, but the "ships on 2 to 5 weeks" is a killer
they were initially in stock.. so I think they just sold the initial reply. amazon normally is conservative, so it may be closer to the 2 weeks.
Anyone knows if that AGM will fit for sure?

I'm gonna need a new battery before my trips this summer

Make sure you know what you are getting. You don't want battery drama on your trip.
Exactly why I want to replace it. My battery isn't in desperate need of changing. But... the voltage drops after a week of sitting in the cold garage, though doesn't drop much at all if I bring it inside into the warm house. I just don't want to mess with issues from an old battery on a trip, but I don't want a new one that doesn't work like it should either.

I think the agm will need to have a custom battery mount made. it should have room due to no vent tube, but I have not had time to go out and see what can be done.
The other one has the vent tube on the wrong side.. it seems a lot of people use that type, but when the kickstand is down and its leaning the vent on the wrong side can lead to a drip on the frame....
so I am still undecided as to whether I will order the agm and make a mount or just hold off.
