Out of necessity I had to jump start my GSXR with my GS so I came up with a solution and thought I would share.
I started out with a broken and usless Jumpstart machine which I started out by removing the leads.
I then bolted them directly to the battery of my GS then connecting the other ends to my GSXR battery. And what do you know, I started my GS and proceeded to Jump start my GSXR and it worked a treat.
Not only that but I also worked out that I could replace my seat on the GS without removing the leads and shorting so now I have a mobile bike Jump Starter. :woohoo: I will follow up with some photos for your viewing pleasure. :thumb:

you CAN use an auto battery in car to do this if need be AS LONG AS CAR ISNT RUNNING.

ido have to give you a karma for ingenuity. a mcgyver point if you will. like myself a fellow afro engineer. how is it they dont short? that would worry me. used to have an ems jump starter on board. ( shortened) a socket and such. cables would tuck into bag
The cables are plastic coated and dont contact any metal unless you open them up :thumb:
Thanks for the Karma
