1. I wouldn't be caught with this helmet.
2. I only buy DOT approved helmets.
3. $1000 for a helmet HAHAHAHA...

Hmmmm ... Interesting ... It even looks dodgy before he explains it .... $1000!?!?!? .. Well I guess maybe he will be more careful with his money in future...

I'd also have to say ... 'Fool! .. You want to look like a complete duck in the first place by riding with that crap! ... You deserve to get stung for 1 Large!! '

sorry but this guy is simply an idiot. He is Australian and and paid and exorbitant amount for an overseas helmet that obviously does not have the Australian Standard AS1698 sticker on it. There is a reason why these stickers are on helmets, to stop crap like this getting onto the shelves of our bike shops.

You know how our helmet laws are I'm guessing with a dot and snell approval like he was told if he got pulled over and ticketed I'm guessing what he would do is argue it in court. But yeah.

He won't be able to argue with his insurance company though. If you got your gear covered in your insurance they won't reimburse you for a non Australian Standard AS1698 helmet.

I didn't know that. I'm guessing he didn't get what he ordered. I went on the Facebook page and saw the options you can get and yeah. I'm with you sinking a grand on a non mainstream helmet is a big risk.
