I'm looking to buy headlight cowling and belly pan for the GS. Prefer the OEM style headlight cowl. Open to the belly pan.
Skidmarx in the UK makes both that are 98% identical to OEM. Price is very reasonable.
New OEM's are rare and go for a fortune. A new 1989 headlight cowl sold on ebay in just one day for $199!
Same true for belly pans.
Those the other member had for sale he said had been painted. So that means sand and repaint - and depending on what paint was used, it could be a lot of sanding and priming.

Hey I have an OEM Suzuki GS500E chin fairing that I am interested in selling.
I'll post photos in the next few days for you.
I bought it from another member a few years ago but have never used it on my bike.
It is still packed in its shipping box. :)
It is painted gloss black if I recall.
There are no mounts for it but others here told me how to make mounts for it using readily available hardware store parts.
I have the instructions somewhere and they have been posted by others here on GSTwin.com.
