Title: Any Hayfever Sufferes Here?

Any Hay fever Sufferers Here?

I have extreme allergies to tree and weed pollen, especially this time of year. Until this year I had to take Claritin and before Claritin I took Benadryl just to survive the season. I've discovered a concoction that has cured me of every symptom. Itchy eyes, sneezing, wheezing, runny nose...all of it. You can look up more detailed instructions on how to make it but I'll give you a quick rundown. The magic is high doses of vitamin C.

It's called liposomal encapsulated vitamin C.

Buy a sonic jewelry cleaner (with stainless steel tub). I got a cheap one on Amazon for $20.

-Dissolve completely 1tbs of pure vitamin C crystals in ½ cup of cold distilled water
-Dissolve 3tbs of soy lecithin in 1 cup of warm distilled water (lecithin will not completely dissolve...its ok)
-Mix the 2 with a blender wand or blender until you have a milky mixture

Here is the magic. Pour mixture in the sonic jewelry cleaner and run it for 30min stirring occasionally.

My dosage is 1 shot glass in the morning on empty stomach and 1 shot in the evening about 15min before meals.  It lasts in the fridge for about a week.

Vit C is water soluble and if you try to take it straight it will pass right out. It's very hard to get enough C into you body without taking intervenes injections. The jewelry cleaner combines the C with the lecithin, which is an emulsifier. This will allow the C to get into you body by coating the C and protecting if from digestion.

I know, it sounds crazy but it works. I've been taking it for about a year. It has many, many other benefits as well. Look it up for yourself. I have had zero side effects other than more energy and no allergies among other things.

I'm no expert so I suggest you check with your doctor before you try this. It's extremely hard to overdose on vit C but if you have other problems you should be safe and consult with your doctor.

Do a little research on the web. You won't be sorry.

As I understand it, excess Vitamin C is naturally excreted from one's body...though the method is somewhat speedy/disconcerting and usually keeps you pretty close to home, if you catch my drift.

By the way, you may want to ensure the sonic jewelry cleaner has never been used....and keep in mind that a jewelry cleaner isn't exactly approved for cooking and such.

At first glance it looked an awful lot like you were posting instructions for cooking meth.  :nono:

Yea, Vit C is a laxative. The straight dose on the bottle I have is something like 1tsp (2000% daily supply). Reason it's so high is it only has like a 1% absorption rate. The other 99% exits quickly.....wasted. The formula I use is 1tbs which is good for about 12 1oz shot glass doses. Each shot gets more Vit C in your body than a 1 whole tsp.

Encapsulating it with soy lecithin buffers it from your digestive tract. No upset stomach. I have also read this will allow up to 80% absorption. It gets it right into your cells as good as or better than taking a injection.

I'll also mention it tastes bad. Not unbearable, but bad. I need to chase it with some water.  Vit C powder is very, very, bitter/sour. If mixed properly with the lecithin there is very little bite left.

Used to be me with severe hay fever... When in high school ... And still very occasionally when a couple plants are out ... But only a little bit of a reaction now..

Went and had RAST testing done when I was in school .. 27 years ago .... Had a syrup from the lab people that is used to take twice a day for about 3 months ... 3 drops from eye dropper .. Under the tongue ....

Took care of about 90% of the plants that hit me up .... And about 80% of the reaction ... I still get the sneezes - up to 15 in a row!!  :icon_rolleyes: ... But no more " I'b gobing tuh die frob dis !! "

The vit C idea looks good though ...  :thumb:

And jdoorn .... You know 'by a glance' ... What meth cooking instructions look like?! ... How is this??  ;) :flipoff:

i used to get bad allergies also. guaranteed to turn into sinus infections with the change in the seasons in the spring and fall.
what worked for me was going to an allergist and getting shots. other guys i know just started buying local made honey which of course was made by the bees from the local pollens. and took a little bit all year long. maybe one of these option will work for you.

No comment. :D  Let's just say you can find anything on the Internet.

FYI - in case you didn't know, because meth and ecstasy are very chemically similar, the steps to make them only differ by a couple ingredients/steps.

lecithin also increases the volume of semen.  I'm sure your boyfriend appreciates that.

Couldn't resist, but anyway, yes I am a morning sufferer.  Not sure why, but as soon as I walk outside I start to clog up and sneeze and hack for hours.  Unfortunately I cannot take anything that has a laxative effect so your treatment would not work well for me.

But I suppose it wouldn't hurt to take my wife's vitimin c pills and see what happens.  Hope those don't have that same effect.

You must have missed the part a about how there are no side effects. The lecithin coats the vit C so it does not irritate yer innerds. That means no Hershey Squirts.

our idiot sheriff published a booklet a few years back WITH instructions on how to make that shaZam!. along with harvesting poppies etc ( opium tea etc. the poppies you can legally own, but harvesting is a felony) that cop ( my former boss was an idiot. and he wondered why after this we had an explosion every week or so from a meth lab, and MANY arrests. he had bravery i will admit. but lacking was common sense.
