In an attempt to remove the factory warning sticker on the left fairing, I have accidentally ruined the OEM black sticker underneath as well.
Basically, I was trying to install a cigarette adapter to power my GPS (I have made a perfect hole for it, and everything), and attempted to remove the warning sticker. I tried using a hair dryer and using Goo Gone to slowly remove the sticker, but the factory sticker proved to be a much bigger nuisance than I thought. The black sticker underneath eventually got warped and looked terrible, so I ended up cutting that up with an exacto-knife. Now I am left with an empty square where the black sticker used to be.
I am considering two solutions now. Either find the original OEM black sticker for the left fairing, and cover it up to look like new... or as a last resort I could spray paint that spot with black paint (though not ideal).
I don't really see the sticker I am looking for here http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/2006-suzuki-gs500f-under-cowling-gs500fk6-assembly.html?partnum=68130-0BE20-FP2 (http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/2006-suzuki-gs500f-under-cowling-gs500fk6-assembly.html?partnum=68130-0BE20-FP2) either. Also, I hear that for the 2006 GS500F they only sell the stickers as a whole (read: expensive) set.
Any ideas?

Look on bike bandit or any other parts fiche. Or go ask your local suzuki dealer.
You can buy just that sticker.
Expensive sticker.
Or do what I did and remove those stickers completely.
