Title: FlyWheel Removal Help
Post by: tmy966 on May 16, 2013, 08:27:40 AM
Hi guys, I'm trying to remove the Flywheel of my 2005 Gs500f to fix the starter clutch. I searched other post on how to do it, i manage to get the flywheel bolt off. I bought a M14x1.5mm bolt and placed a piece off wood through the rear tire to stop it from turning. the problem I'm having is when I tighten down the bolt until its get harder to turn it looks like the clutch slips and turns. Will this damage the engine? I'm also not to sure if i been doing it correctly.

I appreciate any suggestions
Thank You
