Possible poor connection, seized motor, bad battery (could happen), bad starter, loose starter bolts...  Got a meter?

Yep, you need a meter in order to avoid random shots in the dark... but clicking is indicative of not enough juice!  Now whether thats from low battery charge (my new one came with 12.6V charge, barely enough for a start but thats how this particular battery was supposed to be shipped with partial charge so you may check that out), or from weak connections, etc... to know for sure you need to check things out with a multimeter, and ensure your battery leads have good connections.

Yep - get out your volt meter.
Even though new battery, was it charged?
is it the correct battery?
What is the voltage on it?
