Title: rigging for missing key.
Post by: luskateer on June 12, 2013, 05:27:27 PM
Hi,
my  sons 2002 gs500 has lost it's key :icon_rolleyes:
He's away at school and i'm trying to make it run here at home.
So far i've sorted out the ignition to make it run. I've gotten the seat to pop off without ruining it.
My question is can i remove the gas cap by removing the bolts that i see.?
This and also why would anyone not have a spare key :dunno_black:
Also "what would be the most cost efficient method of replacement

Gas cap must have a key.

You can get a complete set of keys, gas cap, ignition and seat lock for about $100.
