I'm in CA zip code 90713
This bike has taken a beating  I've dropped it at speed twice. But it's in reasonable working order for a commute bike (50+mpg!), or a first bike (since you're going to drop it anyway. I did! :icon_mrgreen: )
I've put on 1,000 miles since the last drop. Seems to work okay, although
I would say NOT okay for a track bike or serious canyon carver. It has some frame dings.
Summary:
Negs: down twice, plastics are completely toast, frame dings
Pos: newish tires (set of 2yearold pirelli speed demons, only 2k miles on em?)
Wheels great, forks great. K&N air filter. No known problems with engine, other than the carb screws have seized the carb closed :-}
In short, probably at least $1,000 worth of parts all told, that happen to come in the form of a fully working, licensed bike ;)
I'm putting it up here for a few days, then I'll put it upon craigslist or something.
Okay.. so heres the piccies :)

Wish you were near NJ.....
Glad to see someone else rocking the cargo net haha. But I gotta ask, where did you get that seat cover cushion? I'd love something like that on my 92.
Also gonna add the bike looks good for being beaten :thumb:
it's ye old walmart "ATV seat cover". I mention it on the wiki somewhere.
It's only orderable online now, and the name might have changed to "Colman (somethingorother)"
But good news is, it's cheap!
Must make riding more enjoyable. Major roads here are going through a lot of work and last I was on one it made me sore as all Hell.
Meh... only slightly.
If I had designated money to throw at it, and time for research, I'd look some more for a better solution.
But, it was $20, so.. okay :)
