Title: I bet Adidasguy doesn't have one of these
Post by: Banzai on June 24, 2013, 02:45:24 AM
Sidecar for a GS going cheap on UK ebay:
Clickety-click (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-Gsf450-Sidecar-Barnfind-Project/161048361869?_trksid=p2047675.m2109&_trkparms=aid%3D555003%26algo%3DPW.CAT%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D15866%26meid%3D8599519623645821651%26pid%3D100010%26prg%3D7588%26rk%3D1%26sd%3D321136079941%26)
It's supposedly for a 450 but I'm sure you could make it fit a 500.

Maybe it would be better for PeteGS as it is seems better suited to a RHD country.

Haha yup that would suit my 450 all right! Shipping would be a killer though...

Ever followed a rider with a sidecar through the twisties? If they know how to ride it's quite eye opening... I ride with one fairly regularly on a GS1100G and he knows how to make that thing move... you just gotta remember he's quick in right handers but slow in left handers...

And it will not fit a 500e.
They fit to the frame. Motor is irrelevant.

Of course with enough duct tape and chicken wire anything will fit.

Cool.

Like Srinath said.  With enough bobby pins and bailing wire anything can be done.

Of course, even if you could get it onto a gs500 frame it would be on the wrong side of the bike!
