Post by: codajastal on July 02, 2013, 11:26:44 PM
I want the fork protectors? I think thats what they are.
I am in Aussieland so postage needs to be included or if anyone knows somewhere locally that sells them cheap?

I think these would only fit on the 01+ forks.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong.  I would love to have some of these for my '93 if they fit.

Cods, Mick Hone lists them new for $20.45 each if they're part #51201-01DD0.

They're the first 'Aussie store I know of to have a real online parts fiche and good prices  :thumb:

Coda - look these on ebay - Neoprene fork protectors.
I dont particularly like the original style, they break off too easy and they tend to collect water. These neoprene ones dont.
Cool.

The newer fork protectors do not fit older forks.
Looked at it yesterday with the extra set I have.

I suppose you could glue them on as the diameter of the top of the newer fork tube is a little larger than the older ones.
