I could just say, "sell me your turn signals plz," but I'll let you know the full story because some of you are bored and I forgot to let adidasguy know why I haven't run into him at the farmers market for awhile.
My GS got very roughly backed into in West Seattle by a late model jeep wrangler. I ended up with a concussion from being knocked off the bike and flipped over the left pannier and landed my head. Then the girlfriend of 5 years broke up with me and kicked me out of the house. I landed on my feet this time and got a job related to my recently acquired university degree. I followed the job a ferry ride away to a town that retained Norwegian as its primary language until WWII. Insurance is finally about to pay me my "sorry our client ran you over and messed up your pretty motorcycle" money.
I purchased a front and side fairing set from Zmerica, so now I need new front turn signals. My old front fairing was modified for flush-mounts but I don't want to take a dremel to these newer shiny fairings.
I'm thinking I want to go back to stock F turn signals, but if you have something else that is compatible let me see some pics.
Also might be interested in a blue 2009 tank to match the new plastics if anyone has a tank in great condition.
You live in West Seattle and didn't even think of coming to the West Seattle Bike Cave? You go and ask strangers for something you know there is a box full of in the Cave?

Oh, home of the Poulsbo RV we always see advertised on TV? You line in an RV? I think I pass through there on my frequent trips to Lacey for toy shopping at Cabelas. I'll wave next time through there.

Yeah, I'm just sorta north of bainbridge island. I saw a vacant lot with the poulsbo RV sign, but no RV's. I think they moved out of poulsbo and kept the name :dunno_black:
I think jmill is at marine corps officer candidate school becoming a killing machine, nobody has heard from him for awhile.
So you got some purdy F style turn signals? If so I'll make sure to put the new fairings on and head over this weekend if you are free. Smudgy is going to look like Suzi's ugly twin.
I'm keeping the west seattle membership card for the scrapbook. You can join the Poulsbo GS500 club if you want, its pretty exclusive, but I'll put the good word in with the stray cats...er...I mean, people I know over here.
