Title: I'm looking for a clutch lever for a 2007 GS500F.
Post by: Xevamir on July 29, 2013, 05:35:12 PM
I've been searching on this site, and on the internet: and I've yet to find a clear cut answer on which clutch lever that I should get. I need to get one pretty soon.

Thanks for the help, guys!

Watch the video on clutch lever replacement.

Order direct from MotionPro. Like $9 or so and they have excellent quality.

Thanks, addidasguy. I'm assuming that one that fits a 2005 would work?

Yes. Around 1994 to 1996 they changed the clutch switch so anything 96 or later will work. Most all levers now have the deep cut for the switch unless specifically sold for 89-93 bikes. (I'd have to review the parts lists to remember exactly what year it changed.)

Thank you very much, kind sir. I'll get one ordered today, and hopefully I'll have my bike up and going with new tires in no time!
