Title: CA Bike - Route Valve Cover Breather to Carb Purge Inlet?
Post by: speeder2k on August 05, 2013, 09:53:17 AM
In the effort not to get valve cover breather crap all over you when riding (with a K&N), has anyone tried routing the breather hose to the lower inlets on CA carbs that are normally used for evap canister?

The canister has fresh air inlet so air is expected to come through to the carbs. Maybe with an oil/air separator and/or a PCV valve?

Probably easier to just install a valve cover breather filter to the breather tube.   I wouldn't want any oil going into the carbs even it is just some fumes
