What about using a digery-doo?
Or what about a few organ pipes? Those go up to 64 feet long (rare) but up to 16 feet is not uncommon. Even 8 feet would be cool.
Hook a bagpipe up to the exhaust if you really want to annoy people. maybe for Yama's goped :icon_lol:
