I was looking at that pic above. Where that guys center of gravity is I bet he busted his ass a few seconds later. Assuming that thing doesnt have enuff power to kick him back forward.

this damn kid makes the responsible people of motorcycling look bad, especially the younger riders like me.

on your note gru i dont think an 18 year old kid who allready does this is goin to listen to words on the screen. from my perspective he wont listen to waht you have to say, he will blow it off and be like, " what do they know, there old"(well its true some of you are) :dunno:

so basically all you will accomplish inmo is a scolding that he will take for granted it he is anything like we think he is.

sorry for the rant but squids like this piss me off :guns:

i know what you're saying...some people have to learn the hard way...some never learn at all

before i got my bike, my friend wanted to show off to some girls who were watching him ride his bike, so he wanted to do a wheelie (he started riding 2 days before that, so there was no way he could od it anyway) wearing nothing else buy boxers, shorts, socks, running shoes and sunglasses...he fell of the bike at about 45 mph and he is lucky to be a live...i have never seen road rash as bad as he had...he was covered in blood and bandages for 2 monts  :bs:

i don't want to end up like him so i wear my gear and so should every one else

We've all done stupid shaZam! when we were young and now probably as well(I"m 31).

The dumbest thing in that picture is that he has on his jacket and gloves but no helmet.

wait scratch that. the dumbest thing is getting up on the seat..

wait scratch that.  ah hell ... pray he doesn't breed.

i hope this doesnt turn into an "i can top that story" kind of post but you guys gotta hear one of my friends excuses for crashing

he bought a 99 r6 from his brother for his first motorcycle ever. he wanted to do the same thing and show off to some girls. so he attempts the wheelie and somehow crashes, i wasnt there to see it but heard plenty. a few days later when he was making up an excuse of why he crashed, he blamed it on the ignition for sticking.

now of all the dumb things i have heard in my that takes the cake

just thought i would add this for a good laugh :thumb:

Why doesnt everyone stop giving him shaZam!? Who the f%$k cares? Its his choice, worry about yourselves. f%$k!
Honetly, I do tons of stupid shaZam!, like sit on my gas tank, no hands @ 70km/h, or ride backwards on occasion.
I think you should all stop bitching. And dont worry if "he makes us younger riders look bad". If I ever see you, Im gonna make you look real bad, so deal with it!
Yah, hes not wearing a helmet, oh well! Maybe its what gets him off. I know I find it amusiing to rip it up on my bike with no helemt once in a while. I think most people who ride like pussies are more of a danger than anything. f%$king pilons to avoid for everyone else on the road.
Have your opinion on whether its a good idea or not, but dont be a bunch of f%$king Mommy's about it. God damn this makes me angry! Thats my opinion...
NOW START THE BITCHING!

Oh yah...
AND CANADA DOES HAVE DESERTS.
I live 30 mins from one. Its outside Calagrys northeast border. Drumhellar is almost right in it. That very well could be in Canada. Northern Sask and Alberta also have massive sand deserts. They get f%$king hot in summer, and Buddha Loves You ass cold in winter.

Stunting is cool, no problem with that.....stunting without a helmet, no matter how awesome the person thinks they are, is silly.

We're not giving him shaZam!, just calling a spade, a spade. He's quite obviously an idiot...and if you "rip it up" without a helmet on...I'm sorry, but so are you.

QuoteIf I ever see you, Im gonna make you look real bad, so deal with it!

Speaking of silly stunts:

Who else finds riding side-saddle on the GS to be bizarrely comfortable on long, slow stretches?

<Duck!>

its simple as takin a que from my dog blew. the wind in your hair, the cool air on your face. its a feeling of freedom, not safe. but its nice once in a while.

I pull a wheelie once in awhile. i've tried a stoppie but my front brake is shot. its not bad its just showing off. if i had a 350 w/ posi i'd be smokin'  rubber at every red.  ;) just stunting on 4 wheels.

Quote from: Rich500Why doesnt everyone stop giving him shaZam!? Who the f%$k cares? Its his choice, worry about yourselves. f%$k!

Normally, I would agree...but it's not that simple.  F!cktards like that usually end up falling off, and hurting themselves real bad.  Again, I don't really give a sh!t, but then my insurance rates go through the roof.

I really couldn't care less if anyone rides like some Top Gun wannabe motherf!cker, but if he's part of the reason why I have to pay more money for insurance, then I reserve the right to flame.

Either people should stop doing stupid sh!t on motorcycles (not likely), cancel their insurance before doing stupid sh!t on motorcycles (even less likely), or insurance companies should write a stupidity clause into their policies (when hell freezes over).  It's a classic catch 22.  I can't make the situation any better, so I'm going to flame :nana:.

EXACTLY... Not only raising insurance, but spawning "interest" groups and lawmakers that thnk they know what's best.  You know, the same one's that make me wear a helmet on MY bike and a seat belt in MY car.

It's not nearly as simple as "Who the f%$k cares? Its his choice, worry about yourselves" cause it affects EVERYBODY.  That's not the way it should be, but that's the way it is.

release the flack...

i have done the same thing for a few girls walking down the street only i was wearing shoes shorts and a t-shirt  :nana: bif f-inng deal
and that was when i had been riding for maybe 4 months.  i have crashed since then and always wear most of my gear now

for those of you who do want to do this be smart start small and work your way up
start with one foot on your tank and one on your passenger seat so you have some stability. and don't touch the handlebars on your way up and especially on your way down you don't want to upset your bike with a sudden turn of the bars or throttle.  and one other thing don't drop down to your pegs really fast either.  i did once and landed on my brake and gear shift levers.  scared the shat out of me (that happened when i posted about being "almost over the bars")

there is a bunch of shat that can happen with this one so be careful:thumb:

Just to clarify...I wasn't calling him an idiot because of the stunt...it was the lack of a helmet that earns him that distinction.  :)
