Lost the small pin on the float needle now I have gas in my crankcase :icon_sad:
Not sure how I can fix this or what part to order? All I can find is the full float needle assembly which is $40+
Any help would be appreciated!
I found this picture on the forums of the clip I lost. (Looks like a paper clip)

What did you lose ? nothing seems to have been lost in that pic of yours ?
That "pin" does not exist on an 89-00 GS carb set.
Floats are held in by the O ring in front and the float bowl itself.
Cool.

Ooo never mind you lost that wire thingy ...
OK fine - y'know the fun store is closing, on account of foot surgery tomorow. But If you want it, send me $5 and say $2 shipping, I'll pull a needle aside before going into surgery ... then I'll ship you late this week.
Cool.

I 'think' he is talking about the clip which holds the float adjustment tang, right?

Sorry to hear about the surgery!
But that sounds great just let me know how I can get the money to you.

I am so sorry I have carted it off to storage it looks like.
Now I'll have my wife go over there in a few weeks I am pretty sure, 2-3 weeks.
I dunno if you can wait that long. Sorry about that.
