So if any of you follow, I've made a few exhaust changes to my GSX-R
After my last change, I put my $300+ Yoshi on sale on ebay for $125 shipped. It had been cut down to make it louder but was professionally done, looked great and sounded better.
It took no time to sell at that price and with free shipping, it was a bargain. I shipped it and last night got a notification the seller opened a case. There was nothing wrong with it and it was packed well. The seller said it wasn't as described. Odd because I sell on ebay a lot and know how things must be described. I had 4 pics of it also
So after reading the notes, the seller quoted me as I said it was professionally shorted and nothing was wrong with it but the seller said there was a small dent in the shield that I didn't disclose and wanted to return it.
I made him aware I wasn't selling the shield but rather the muffler and midpipe. I also notated that the shield was given to him as I didn't need it and wasn't in the listing, just the muffler and midpipe.
In his reply, he requested a partial refund of $25 which I denied with the educational statement that it was accurately described, the shield was free and after ebay listing and selling fees along with PayPal fees and free shipping, it was practically given to him anyway. I asked him to return it with tracking and I would refund it and relist it.
He replied how disappointed he was basically and said he would never do business with me again and closed the the case.
What he really meant was he wanted to see if he could get some money back for free and he really didn't want to send it back because he already knew he got a good deal on it.
Stupid kid. He had only been a member for right at a year, only 18 positive feedback with none as a seller and only two feedback in the last 90 with one being mine. Kinda made me think since he was so well versed in trying this, that this wasn't he first time trying it.
Anyway, that's my rant for the day
People are always trying to work the angle. That's the way it is sadly.

got one like that its called buyers remorse. or he spent too much of mommies money. anyhoo my old acct which closed cause i got billed for fees twice. i refused to pay again. almost 300 in fees on a $941 sale. great grandfathers pocket watch ( 14kt half hunter case) anyhoo, previous to this, i bought out of jerusalem, 10 wristwatches as a job lot. one being a swatch chronograph. i had 95 cents in the sale and 11 shipping. i listed the swatch at 99 cents opener. listing that although i am a watchmaker by trade, i cannot guarantee accuracy it being used. well i had a 2 dollar battery in it. so 2.95 for a running watch. anyhoo opened at 99 cents. it sold for 62 shipped. guy tried same thing ( after leaving me good feedback lol) wanting a partial refund. i politely refused. he was a pushy little biatch. i got ill about it told him, you send the watch back ill give you 30. he said 30? why not the entire amount. i said because watch was sold AS IS. im not obligated to give you anything. anyhoo this was a long winded reply saying to me it sounds like buyers remorse. hell ida gave you a buck 25 for it. thing looked good. i could have used it on the pig. hollow the baffles out and it would be a perfect expansion chamber for the new 460. once i build it.
