Yes I know.. I need to get rid of those BIG signal lights and mirrors
wow...you you did get the headlight fairing??...looks cool 8)
good start, next thing must be changing your blinkers :o :P
btw imo a drag bar will make your GS look badass, a solo seat is also a good mod if you always ride without a passanger. maybe use that yellow to add a Hornet/Bee like striping?
hey splash...
by any chance is that smp's bike? (steve)
Thanks... That "BEE" thing sounds cool.. I'll look into it
No It's not SMP's bike... I asked him and turns out I bought mine before he sold his!!! Also... it had only 7000 kms on it... I would think SMP's bike wouold have more!! ;-)
PICS!! these pictures are taken few months ago so it is not what the bike looks like now
BY THE WAY!! pictures suck, because i have crap digital camera.

how have you fixed risers are they single bolt type or twin ?
have polished clip-ons but dont think they look right.
risers are single bolt
:thumb: are the risers mgm bikes.de aswell ?
thanks for info on front fender had a look on the site but cannot get translation so could not find fender .
those risers look way better than any i have seen in uk ( sure we only get crap stuff over here :( ) anychance of a translation for the parts, would be very helpfull :thumb:
About a month ago I sanded the crud off my triple tree as well. Although I didn't polish it like you did I kept it sort of brushed aluminum looking. Just like in your pic http://koti.mbnet.fi/hammu/gs/kolmiopala3.JPG . Then I painted it with some clear. I have an 89' with the original low risers, I sanded and painted those in the same fashion....Mark
:thumb: thanks for your help, have tried translater befor but didnot work will try again see if i can do anything with it. thanks again for you reply. :)
OH damn I need to post pictures of my bike! I have had the ENTIRE bike poweder coated black, race exaust, stage 3 kit, K&N's, race tires, GSXR 750 rear shock, and a slew of other stuff. I have a R6 subframe and seat which is going on next, plus a GSXR 750 front end. Possibly a turbo if I can get it from my friend for cheep enough. lol, I'm sick. I'll post pix tonight.
well it's not a streetfighter yet, but its going that way.

engine spoiler, bellypan or whatever that pointy chinlike thing is called

Jundie~
Where'd you get the twin headlights. I have the same 1/4 fairing and wanted to do exactly what you did! I love dual headlights!
Do they illuminate well? Tell me tell me! ;)
Thanks!
they do much better then my stock headlight did. i ordered mine in a local Motorbike shop, it was in their catalog. the brand is Shin Yo. mine are flat black but there are the same in chrome. they cost me 115 euro so not to bad.
My bike is looking 'pissed off' now because of that small 'nose' in the middle of the 1/4 fairing. You get the eyebrows idea. That was the idea and it works just fine. Note that you'll have to bodge some custom attachment for the headlight and fairing to get it right. otherwise the fairing is too high on the lamps and it won't look 'pissed off'
I don't have a digicam so if I borrow it next time I'll make some pics on the attachment
found one more with the stock chainguard painted silver
