Weekend of Feb.27-29, Montreal Convention Centre.
I'm looking forward to this, as a mid-winter motorcycle booster-shot.
Anyone else planning on being there?
With a 30 day riding season up there I would have not expected to see a motorcycle show up there
30 days hmm. I take my bike out in april and put it away in november, 7 months. What is with all the jokes about canadians and our winters. Yes I
have a phone, no I don't live in an igloo and no I don't own a snowmachine. Hey john, I've been to Mass and you guys get a good amount of snow. Do you all think we're snowed in 12 months of the year?
I'm starting to find these jokes annoying and quite ignorant. If I was making jokes about the US, you guys would be all over me. So grow up already!!!
Andrew.... Simmer down now. You must CHILL  It is all in fun. I live in the U.S. and in the summer it gets really hot in southern arizona. Jokes come a flying and I enjoy everyone of them. So let's just  and make-up.
Don't take it so serious. You will grow old very fast. By the way how is the GS-sickle.

Actually, where I live, in the Adirondacks (upstate NY) we go to Montreal to get WARM.
Old joke:
Q: what do you do in the Adirondacks in the summertime?
A: if it's a nice weekend, we have a bar-b-que.
I was seriously surprised at the level of motorcycling in Canada myself, but get this:
in 2003: 19,877 motorcycles sold in Quebec;
nearly 120,000 bikes registered
last year the show drew over 40,000.
amazing.
hey dmp,
do you know how long the drive from NYC is to montreal? Maybe it would make a cool road trip for me... I missed the NYC show a couple weeks ago cause I was travellin, but heard it wasnt too great anyway.... (Just fantasizin..... :)) where in adirondacks are you? I drive rte 17 from NYC to up to bingamton once in a while.. is it along that way? i'm not really familiar
I think I will come up to the show from Ottawa that weekend. Its gonna be pretty damn decent.
Anyway, about the canadian riding season, Im from Alberta, and I dont winterize my bike, becasue I can ride in every single month of the year. Nice warm winds blow over the mountains and melt away the snow, and bring high temps. Last year I rode on christmas day. Its pretty damn decent.
