It attaches where the grab bar goes. You take the grab bar off and mount the rack with the same bolts to the same points.
Flat rate medium box is $12.35. Sending a PM to you now.

OT: where are you located? Never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed that the GS came with a catalytic converter in some countries... That's a metal foil 3-way catalytic converter.
