Title: Installing Oil Cooler to GS500E.

Is it possible to install Oil Cooler to 2001 GS500E? If yes, where are Oil outlet and inlet at chamber?

Not possible. 2004+ with oil cooler have a different oil pan.
Also not needed.
Why do you feel you need one?

Nothing wrong with help keeping things cool IMO but as Adidas said, only for 04+
